Access for people who are deaf or have hearing loss

We provide an advice service for people who are deaf or have hearing loss and live in Amber Valley, Chesterfield, Derbyshire Dales, Erewash and High Peak.

We work in partnership with the British Deaf Association to ensure people who are deaf or have hearing loss are able to access our services in a way that works for them.

Chesterfield drop in service

At our Chesterfield office we offer a monthly drop in service supported by BSL interpreters from the British Deaf Association.

The video below shows how to access our drop in service at Chesterfield and what to expect when you arrive.
