We are a local independent advice charity, and part of the national network of Citizens Advice across England and Wales. We provide free, confidential, impartial, and independent advice and information on a wide range of issues over the telephone and face to face. We are committed to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion in everything we do, and we actively challenge discrimination.
We operate across five Local Authority areas in Derbyshire (Amber Valley, Chesterfield, Derbyshire Dales, Erewash and High Peak), with a team of 100 paid staff and over 80 volunteers.
